An open letter from Mandy Woo… and me.
Dear student who didn’t make it into a good school/orchestra and is pissed off,
So I hear you didn’t make it into the school or orchestra you really, really wanted to get in to. And I also hear that you’re pissed!
Well allow me to make a suggestion! Come make an orchestra with us! I will conduct, Mandy will write all the music. It’ll be great. And since nobody wanted you, you’ll feel at home, because nobody wants to play our music! KIDDING LOL. We’re just using you.
So what are the perks behind joining our awesome orchestra? You get to play incredible contemporary music written by two composers leading the composition scene in North America. KIDDING LOL. You’ll just play our crappy stuff.
And you’ll be directed by one of the most incredible living conductors. KIDDING LOL. Just me!
So what about it? It’s your calling. Perhaps a really good school or orchestra rejected you because it is your DESTINY to play in this new, and incredible (and slightly non-existent) orchestra.
BRING MONEY,
Kirk
P.S. Lots of money.
You forgot to mention the criteria: asian and a girl
